Terms and Conditions
- To order our product on a wholesale basis you must first be confirmed as a wholesaler
- There are no minimums on any of our product you can order any quantity
- Our payment terms, once approved, are net 30 days - from the date on the invoice
- Orders are shipped FOB Calgary by either Canada Post or Fedex. We can expedite your shipment upon request
- Backorders will be indicated on the invoice, if no backorder is indicated no backorders will be sent
- Unsold items may be returned less a 5% restocking fee. Please contact us prior to sending product back so we can give you a Return Authorization Number. Returned goods must be shipped insured for the value of the products. We will not be responsible for returned goods lost in transit
